Perez has a long resume of stunt work in film and television, including doubling for Julian Sands in Hirokin: The Last Samurai (2012). In 2013 he appeared in FX's Sons of Anarchy as Gomes, a member of the Byz-Lats gang led by Nero Padilla (played by Jimmy Smits).
