Mark was the limo driver of Ted Cofell. During Day 1 9:00am-10:00am, Federal Agent Jack Bauer reached Cofell Enterprises to speak to Ted Cofell. Upon learning Ted just left, Jack quickly raced down to the parking garage and found Ted's driver Mark. Jack approached and identified himself as a federal agent and took Mark's place as Ted's driver.
