Officer Marx was present outside of the train station when Ronnie Lobell and Jack Bauer were trying to rescue Andrew Paige from terrorist Kalil Hasan. Marx checked in with his supervisor, MTA officer Tim Felson, to report that he found Kalil and Andrew. He gave their location over the radio and a description of Hasan's car without being observed.
