Biography and career Edit

Matt "Mo" Gallini was born as Mohamed Ghalayini in Miami, Florida. His father was from Lebanon, and his mother was from Cuban descent.

Gallini began his professional acting career in 1993 when director David Anspaugh invited him to participate in the film Rudy, starring Sean Astin. After that, he has appeared in other films like Crimson Tide (with Ricky Schroder), End of Days, Yup Yup Man (with William Bumiller), Mulholland Drive, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Get Smart (with Mark Ivanir), and Toxin (with Jude Ciccolella and Wiley Pickett).

Aside of films, Gallini has also appeared in TV shows like Chicago Fire, Chase (with Michael Irby and Lana Parrilla), NYPD Blue (with Esai Morales and Mark Rolston), Nash Bridges (with Ned Vaughn and Bill Smitrovich), and Profiler.

Gallini's sister is married to fellow 24 alumni James Morrison.
