Mazagon Dock was a shipyard that served the city of Mumbai, India.

During Day 1, Raja Talapathi used a building at the docks as his base of operations. Vikrant Maurya came to visit him there at 9am, and Raja co-ordinated his operations throughout the day from here. He left with Mani shortly before 7pm to assist in the recovery of Ravindran from a prison at Mahatma Gandhi National Park. ("8:00am-9:00am", "6:00pm-7:00pm")

Raja returned to the docks with Ravindran at 9:40pm. Raja then had Raghavan gather his men and they left to pick up Bala Ravindran. They brought him back to the docks, where a doctor attempted to save his life, but he died in his father's arms. Ravindran and Raja then used their hostage Veer Singh Rathod to incite Jai into taking a bomb to Aditya Singhania, however just before 11pm they learned that Aditya survived the explosion. ("9:00pm-10:00pm", "10:00pm-11:00pm")

Jai offered to trade himself for his son, and Ravindran told him to come to Laxmi warehouse at the docks. They prepared for his arrival, but Veer managed to overcome his guard and escape, so Ravindran called Jai and pretended to kill Veer. Jai was distraught, and drove his car into the warehouse, killing Raja and his men. He then intercepted Ravindran as he tried to escape, crashing into his car and shooting him dead. Jai then reunited with Veer. ("11:00pm-12:00am")
