Biography and career

Colon worked as a cheerleader for the New York Knicks and the Los Angeles Lakers. She graduated from the University of Sacramento in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications.

Colon began her acting career in 1997, with a bit part on Family Matters. After that, she has appeared in shows like JAG, Charmed (with Margaret Easley), Leap of Faith (with Regina King), CSI: Miami (with Rory Cochrane), The Agency (with Jude Ciccolella), Dragnet (with Christina Chang), NCIS (with Pauley Perrette and James Morrison), ER (with Leland Orser), and Franklin & Bash (with Reed Diamond).

Aside of TV shows, Colon has also appeared in films like Fixing Pete, Route 666 (with Lou Diamond Phillips), Grave Misconduct, and Babysitters Beware.
