Michael Borgschulte (born September 10, 1968; age 55) played F-18 pilot Clarke during Season 4 of 24. Borgschulte is a Major in the United States Marine Corps, and this is his only credited acting role. He also co-ordinated the marine helicopters from the ground during the compound raid in "Day 4: 12:00pm-1:00pm".

Biography and career[]

Michael Borgschulte was born in Springfield, Missouri. He received a nomination to the Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS) in 1986 and graduated from the Naval Academy in 1991, with a Bachelor's degree in Oceanography. Borgschulte completed the Army's Airborne Course and Basic School that year and was designated a Naval Aviator in 1993.

During his military career, Borgschulte has served in multiple roles through the world. He has spent time in Japan, Korea, Bahrain, Iraq, and Afghanistan, among many other places. Since June 2017, he has been serving as Assistant Wing Commander for the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing in Miramar, California.

Borgschulte has received numerous awards, including the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star Medal for combat operations in Afghanistan.
