Olman, along with Ken Kobett, replaced Rick Ash and Joe Earle after the "pilot" mix of 24. While Kobett mixes the sound effects, Olman mixes the dialogue. He worked on every season of the show, as well as on 24: Redemption. Olman and Kobett have been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award 7 years in a row for their work on 24, in addition to an Emmy nomination for "24: Redemption". They have won the Emmy for "Best Mixing for a Drama Series" twice for 24.
