Mike Hodges

Mike Hodges was a twenty-five year Democratic governor who competed against Senator David Palmer for the party's nomination for President. Among his supporters was the mayor of New York City. Ultimately, however, Hodges lost all eleven states to Senator Palmer on Super Tuesday.

• In a deleted scene from "Day 1: 3:00am-4:00am," the Senior Domestic Advisor for Hodges, a man named Barry, appears and is blackmailed by Carl Webb who threatens Barry with compromising information about his son Steve.
• In Day 1: 7:00am-8:00am, the taxi that brings Nina Myers back to CTU Los Angeles has a "Hodges for president" banner on its roof.
