Mike Kramer was a Park Ranger on duty in the mountain area outside of Los Angeles during Day 2.

Kramer visited Lonnie McRae while following up on an APB issued for Kim Bauer, which claimed she was wanted for the murder of Carla Matheson and the kidnapping of her daughter Megan. Lonnie convinced Kramer that he hadn't seen Kim and would keep his eyes open for anything.
