Miller was a helicopter pilot and agent for the FBI out of the Washington Field Office during Day 7.

Miller flew FBI director Larry Moss in his chopper with Tony Almeida out of the Starkwood compound in Virginia. Miller shadowed an FBI vehicle that had been stolen from the murdered agent Davis and his partner by Galvez. Larry asked Miller if there were any major roadways which Galvez could have used during the pursuit, and eventually Miller made visual contact with the vehicle.
When Miller landed the chopper to pursue Galvez on foot, Larry told him to pick his shots carefully since the fugitive was carrying a container of prion variant. However, Miller was quickly shot to death by Galvez the moment he completed the landing.
