Mitch was a hired soldier working for Starkwood during Day 7.
Day 7[]
Mitch accompanied Stokes and other Starkwood commandos to the Port of Alexandria. Stokes ordered Mitch to run a diagnostic on the Starkwood biological weapon by the time Reese arrived with the flatbed. At 10:45 he confirmed that the weapon was stable. Mitch was among the mercenaries who returned fire when the group was ambushed by Jack Bauer and Tony Almeida, and later left the port with the others when Tony was captured.

- It is possible, though unconfirmed, that Mitch was among those arrested when the FBI raided the Starkwood compound hours later.
