A Mobile video unit was a series of screens that showed security footage from several cameras, usually used in an interrogation process to monitor the suspect.
Day 2[]
After the attack on CTU Los Angeles, the usual circumstances of interrogation could not be used because the Holding rooms had been destroyed in the past. Michelle Dessler instructed Laurie to ask Bill from downstairs to bring up a video rack so a mobile video unit could be set up, thereby allowing CTU to monitor the prisoner, Nina Myers, without having to be in the room with her.
Kevin and Michelle got the system up and running, and Jack used it when preparing to go in for the interrogation.
