Morrison Avenue was a street in Washington, D.C..
Jack Bauer and Tony Almeida rode undercover on Morrison Avenue with David Emerson's mercenary group, en route to transfer Ule Matobo and his wife to Iké Dubaku. FBI Agent Renee Walker had been captured and was in the car as well. Jack received an order to kill Renee, and the truck pulled off Morrison to an abandoned construction site. At this site on Morrison, Jack shot Renee, kicked her into a ditch, and began piling dirt on her. It was also at this site where Bill Buchanan and Chloe O'Brian arrived and revived Agent Walker.
