Nash posing as a vagrant
Nash was part of the team led by Erik Ritter to apprehend the suspect Jack Bauer at the Chatham and Dominion factory. Nash was posing undercover as a vagrant beside the factory, when Ritter and his men arrived. At Ritter's signal, Nash threw a camera robot inside the factory, and piloted it until he captured a visual of Jack Bauer sleeping inside. They then moved inside to capture him. At 10:00pm, Agent Nash accompanied Kate Morgan to Malden Park to rescue Audrey Boudreau from a sniper. Nash and two other agents took cover in the park bushes while Morgan tried to locate the sniper. However, they were forced to move when they realized that Cheng had ordered the sniper to kill Audrey. After shooting down the sniper through the window, they secured Audrey and checked the bodies of Jiao Sim and the Secret Service agents.
As they headed out of the park, a second shooter approached and started shooting at them, killing two of the agents. Nash and Morgan shot back, but the shooter fled. When they looked back, they realized Audrey had been hit in the chest. As she collapsed, Morgan ran to help her while Nash called for help. When Audrey succumbed to her wounds, Nash tried to console Morgan. ("Day 9: 10:00pm-11:00am")
