A news network is a medium devoted to broadcasting news reports 24 hours a day.
CTU Los Angeles has several large flatscreen televisions that are usually tuned in to a news network. Generally, either FOX News or CNB was displayed, though when there were multiple televisions in use, other channels were tuned in also.
