Nick Smith (born March 11, 1971; age 49) played a CNB Field Reporter during Season 8 of 24.

Biography and career Edit

Nick Smith was born in Chicago, Illinois. From 1985 to 1992, he served in the United States Army. After that, Smith went on to study Communication at Santa Rosa Junior College. After that, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Communication Management from Emerson College.

Smith started working as a reporter for ABC News from 2002 to 2004. After a brief stint at Fox Networks, he returned to ABC where he worked from 2005 to 2015. In 2015, he started working Corporate Relations for PG&E and in 2017, he became Public Affairs Officer for the US General Services Administration. In 2018, he returned to Fox as an anchor to the evening news as well as the show Like It Or Not.

Through his career, Smith has also worked as an actor in various TV shows and films. He appeared in the film 2 Minutes Later, and the shorts Will You... and Tomorrow. He was also the host of American Inventor in 2007.
