Operation Proteus was a major mission by the Counter Terrorist Unit in 2000.
During the course of the operation, Richard Walsh risked his life to save Jack Bauer and later received a special commendation. Tony Almeida also received a special commendation for his work on the operation. (Findings at CTU)
