Orlando S. Ortega Ortega (February 16, 1976 – May 29, 2007; age 31) was an actor who played an inmate of Downey Holding Facility in Season 3 of 24.
Ortega was born in Nicaragua but moved to the United States at the age of 8, living in New York with mother and older sister. In 2003 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. In 2007, he was shot and killed outside of his apartment by unknown assailants.
