Biography and career[]
Pamela Betsy Cooper is from the town of Middlesbrough in England. She studied at Bertram Ramsey School, graduating in 1983.
Cooper started her acting career in 2011 appearing as an office worker on the film 360. After that, she has appeared in other films like Muppets Most Wanted (with Ricky Gervais), The Theory of Everything, Into the Woods, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, Now You See Me 2, Paddington 2, and The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
Aside from films, Cooper has also appeared in numerous TV shows. She has worked on Trust, Holby City, Midsomer Murders, Downton Abbey, and Black Mirror, among many others.

Cooper played a news reporter stationed at the United States Embassy in London in "Day 9: 11:00am-12:00pm". Her character wore a brown overcoat and was seen in front of the embassy crowd as President James Heller's motorcade departed.
