John Patrick Dortch (born August 16, 1967; age 52) is a American actor who portrayed a CTU interrogator in 24: Legacy.

Biography and career Edit

Pat Dortch was born in Nashville, Tennessee. He developed an interest in acting while studying at Father Ryan High School, and began acting in school plays and local productions. Dortch also sang in local bands in Nashville. After high school, Dortch attended Vanderbilt University. After graduating, he married and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina.

In 2012, Dortch decided to retake his acting career and began studying at The Actors Lab in Charlotte. He signed with Monarch Talent Agency, and since then has been frequently getting roles on TV series. Dortch currently works at The Actors Lab as an acting teacher, along with his acting mentor, JD Lewis.

During his career, Dortch has appeared in shows like Army Wives (with Gary Weeks), Nashville (with Connie Britton), and MacGyver. He also had a lead role on the show Door to Door. Aside from TV, Dortch has appeared in several short films and documentaries.
