Pedro's job was to watch Jack Bauer who was restrained on a plane after being kidnapped by Ramon. While Ramon, Tomas, and the others were in another cabin compartment, Jack faked a seizure to attract Pedro. When Pedro got close, Jack tripped him and snapped his neck using only his legs.
