Peter Malek Karas is an American actor who portrayed Salim in 24: Legacy.
Biography and career[]

Peter Malek Karas was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Texas, to major in Nursing, but after taking an acting elective, decided to pursue a career in entertainment.
Malek started his professional career in 2010, appearing in several short films. He also wrote, produced, and directed his own short features. In 2014, Malek earned a recurring role on the TV show Westish. He also had a recurring role in National Geographic's The Long Road Home.
Aside from that, Malek has also appeared in TV shows like Six, Major Crimes, and FBI (with Zeeko Zaki). He also appeared in the film 12 Strong, starring Navid Negahban.
