Peters was often stationed beside President Allison Taylor; he assisted with the arrest of David Brucker and Rob Weiss. Just after 7:30am, he escorted Taylor and Tim Woods to see Ethan Kanin. ("6:00am-7:00am", "7:00am-8:00am")
Later, Taylor announced to him that she had to go and see Ethan after Mikhail Novakovich had threatened for Russia to leave the peace accord when news of Dalia Hassan taking over from her husband's role as President was revealed. At 9:31am, he was among the agents escorting Taylor and Dalia Hassan when the latter learned that her delegation unanimously supported her to sign the Kamistani peace treaty ("8:00am-9:00am", "9:00am-10:00am").
