Phyllis Lyons was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She started her acting career in 1990, appearing in the TV show L.A. Law (with Jimmy Smits). After that, she has appeared in other shows like Quantum Leap, ER (with Eriq La Salle and Carlos Gomez), Boston Public, House (with Kal Penn), and Rizzoli & Isles.
