Placerita Canyon Road was a road located in the North San Fernando Valley that led to the ranch compound where Ira Gaines held Jack Bauer's wife and daughter hostage. It branched off from Highway 14, and was revealed to Jack Bauer by Kevin Carroll, one of Gaines' subordinates, as part of an arrangement between the two. ("Day 1: 11:00am-12:00pm")

- Placerita Canyon Road is the real name of the road that Jack turns onto from Highway 14. It leads to Sable Ranch, the location where the majority of the Gaines Compound scenes were filmed.
