The Port of Los Angeles, also known as Los Angeles Harbor, was a civilian commercial seaport along the Pacific Ocean in the San Pedro neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.

The Port of Los Angeles was one of the world's busiest harbors. Agents at the NSA speculated that it might be an intended target of Second Wave's nuclear attack on the city. ("Day 2: 12:00pm-1:00pm")

Day 1[]

1x24 Al Larson

Victor Drazen and his associates took Kim Bauer to Dock 11A at the Port of Los Angeles, where they tried to force Jack Bauer to aid the assassination of David Palmer and prepared to escape to international waters. When Kim escaped, the Drazens had CTU contact Yelena tell Jack Bauer that Kim had drowned, hoping to lure Jack to the site. In grief and rage, Jack stole a van from a nearby boathouse and drove it into the warehouse, killing Victor Drazen, Andre Drazen, and all their associates. During the clean-up, Jack learned from a Coast Guard official that no bodies had been found in the area all night, alerting him to the fact that Nina Myers was a traitor. The Game[]

In the early morning hours, Jack Bauer took a tactical team onto a ship in the Los Angeles Harbor that was rigged with a ricin bomb set to disperse the poison into the water. With the help of LAPD bomb expert Taylor, Jack successfully defused the bomb.

Day 5[]

As part of the arms treaty signed by the U.S. and Russia, a Russian submarine, the Natalia K-524, was docked at the Port of Los Angeles for inspection by the United States Navy. A group of Russian separatists led by Vladimir Bierko captured the submarine in a nerve gas attack, intending to launch 12 Scorpion land-attack missiles at major cities all along the West Coast. Jack Bauer and Christopher Henderson were able to prevent the terrorist attack. However, after the raid, Bauer shot Henderson for his involvement in the assassination of David Palmer, Tony Almeida and Michelle Dessler. ("Day 5: 4:00am-5:00am", "5:00am-6:00am")
