Powers Boothe played Vice President Noah Daniels during Season 6 and 24: Redemption. He is well known for his roles in Westerns, notably Deadwood and Tombstone. He also appeared in films Red Dawn, Rapid Fire, Sudden Death (with Michael Gaston and Manny Perry), Nixon and Frailty. Boothe was the only actor nominated to show up at the 1980 Emmy Awards, as the Screen Actors Guild was on strike that year. He won the award that year. He had an uncredited role as a Bolivian bandito in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969). He is now the fifth 24 actor to guest star on Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, the others were Nicholas Guest, Greg Ellis, Peter MacNicol and Xander Berkeley. In 2012 he starred as the primary member of the World Security Council in the live-action adaptation of Marvel comics' The Avengers and currently stars in the ABC musical drama series Nashville alongside Hayden Panettiere and 24 alum Connie Britton.
