Ralph Rosen was a criminal suspected by CTU Agent Ted Paulson as being one of the guards at mercenary Ira Gaines' compound.
Day 1
Agent Paulson showed to Teri and Kim Bauer some mugshots to help identify their kidnappers who were working for Gaines. The women knew Jenson and Eli Stram but did not recognize Rosen.
