Randy Flagler (born August 21, 1968; age 55) played Operative #2 during Season 7 of 24.
Biography and career[]
Flagler started his career in Hollywood in 1999, working as a production assistant in The Settlement. After that, he had his film debut in the film Men of Honor, along with Powers Boothe. Since then, he's had numerous roles in TV series and films.
Flagler had a role in NCIS with Burt Bulos and in movies such as Bone Eater (with Adoni Maropis). Since 2012, he has played the role of Firefighter Harold Capp in the TV show Chicago Fire, along with Matt Gallini.
