Ray was a CIA field agent at the West London station during Day 9.

At 8:10pm, Ray's tac team helped Jack Bauer capture the fugitive Steve Navarro outside Liverpool Street Station. Later, Ray reported to Bauer that Adrian Cross and Chloe O'Brian, onboard a westbound train, had triggered the emergency brake and escaped into the subway tunnel with Cross' defense override, out of CCTV range.
