Biography and career[]
Proscia was born in New York. He developed an interest in acting since he was a teenager. Eventually, Proscia had the opportunity to study with renowned teachers like Stella Adler, Uta Hagen, and Lee Strasberg. He also credits his mentor, Alice Spivak, as the one who teached him the art of acting.
Proscia appeared in an episode of NYPD Blue, with Esai Morales and Mark Ivanir. He also appeared in several episodes of General Hospital: Night Shift, with Alla Korot and Danny Arroyo. From 2015 to 2016, Proscia had a recurring role as Reinhard Heydrich in The Man in the High Castle.
