Officer Brown was a California Highway Patrol officer who detained Kim Bauer and Miguel after he found the body of Carla Matheson in the trunk of the car they were driving.
While being transported to Los Angeles, Kim and Miguel started a fire inside the police cruiser, causing Officer Brown to lose control of the vehicle and crash it. Brown was not conscious after the crash, and it is unknown whether his injuries were fatal. Said in Day 2 1:00am-2:00am that he would make it, though he was badly hurt.
