One night, Reese found a report that a truck bearing a container of methylamine, commonly used in the manufacture of methamphetamine but also a potential chemical weapon, had been hijacked and the driver left in a nearby alley. Mapping out potential routes, she managed to find footage of the thief and showed it to her superior David: the driver was the fugitive Jack Bauer. Reese announced to the room that Bauer had been sighted in Odessa and ordered the agents to focus on finding him. (Underground #1)
