Rick Norris was an American political adviser and Washington insider, who served as campaign adviser to two Presidents and five senators.

For Marc Cerasini's report, Norris agreed to provide insight on Senator David Palmer's so-called "Super Tuesday Address," in which Palmer confessed on television about the Latham Group's involvement in the death of Dr. George Ferragamo and the cover-up of Lyle Gibson's accidental death. In his essay, "Textbook Unelectable," Norris proposed that Palmer's miraculous turnaround and eventual victory in the primaries following the speech stemmed from his willingness to bare his soul to the American public and take responsibility for his failings, something almost unheard of in a politician.
