Rizwan Manji (born October 17, 1974; age 45) played Ahman during Season 8 of 24.

Biography and career Edit

Rizwan Manji was born in Toronto, Canada to Indian parents who had immigrated from Tanzania. His family is Ismaili Muslim. Manji was raised in Calgary, Alberta, and went to Crescent Heights High School. He later moved to the US where he attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.

Manji began his professional acting career in 1997 with a minor role on the film Sue (with Edoardo Ballerini). After that, he has appeared in films like American Desi (with Kal Penn), Charlie Wilson's War (with Navid Negahban and Faran Tahir), The Mikado Project (with Tamlyn Tomita), and The Wolf of Wall Street (with J.C. MacKenzie). Manji is also one of many 24 actors that appeared in the film Transformers. The others are Jon Voight, Glenn Morshower, Michael O'Neill, Charlie Bodin, and Wiley Pickett.

Manji has also appeared in numerous TV shows like NCIS (with Pauley Perrette), Without a Trace (with Bill Smitrovich), and Rizzoli & Isles. He has also been a regular or recurring guest on shows like Outsourced, FlashForward, Better Off Ted, and Privileged (with John Allen Nelson).
