Robert Scott Kyker (born March 13) is a property master for films and TV series. He appeared in a picture as Ralph Rosen during Season 1 of 24. His father, Dick Kyker, was the property master for 24, and Rob also helped him out during 24's production.
Biography and career[]
Rob Kyker is the son of Dick Kyker, a renowned property master in Hollywood. He also has a brother, Rick, who also works as a property master.
Rob started his career as an assistant property master in the late 80's. During his first years, he was a property assistant for the 1997 film The Killing Jar, which featured 24 actors Tamlyn Tomita, Carlos Bernard, and Xander Berkeley. In the late 90's, he started working as a property master. Since then, he has worked on TV shows like Lost and Castle.
Role on 24[]
Kyker wasn't officially credited during the show, but he helped his father, Dick, during 24's production. In the special feature 24: Exposed, Rob is seen loading ammunition into guns for the shootout in the Season 2 finale. During Season 1, a picture of Rob was used to portray Ralph Rosen, among a series of mugshots. A picture of his brother Rick was also used among them. Rob's name was also used as a character name on Aaron Pierce's ID card in "Day 1: 1:00am-2:00am".
