Biography and career[]
Robert Maffia is an actor, writer, and director. From 1983 to 1988, he studied at St. John's University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. After that, he decided to pursue a career in acting instead, and studied at Vermont College of Fine Arts, completing a Master's degree on Film.
Maffia started his professional acting career when he appeared in the 1992 film Hoffa, which also featured fellow 24 actress Natalija Nogulich. After that, he has appeared in other films like Mercury Rising, Tentacle 8 (with Brett Rickaby), and In Embryo (with Ross McCall).
Aside of films, Maffia has also appeared in numerous TV shows through his career. Some of the ones he has worked on are Shameless, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (with Vincent Laresca), CSI: NY (with Jacqueline Piñol), ER, and The Untouchables.
