Rollins was an official from Department of Justice sent to investiage the Jonas Hodges assassination during Day 7.
Day 7
Rollins, Peter Hock, and the Deputy Attorney General were each connected to a White House meeting room using a Cisco Systems live video feed. They were interviewing each person in the exclusive government group which had knowledge of Hodges' whereabouts to help determine which one ordered his murder. After a Secret Service agent set up the call and the DAG gave a few introductory remarks, Rollins began the questioning of Olivia. The interview began a few minutes after 6am and lasted until about 6:19am.
