Ronald "Ron" Roggé is an actor who portrayed Jared on Season 1 of 24.

Biography and career[]

Ron Roggé was born in Hawaii, but was raised in Alameda, California. He started his acting career in theater around the San Francisco Area performing in various plays and musicals. He then moved to Hollywood to act on TV and films.

Roggé's first acting opportunities came in the early 90's when he appeared in films like Dying Young and Fearless. After that, he has appeared in films like Copycat (with Will Patton), Letters from a Killer (with Mark Rolston), The Animal (with Louis Lombardi), Pendulum (with Matt Battaglia), Ticker (with Dennis Hopper and Tom Sizemore), and Cellular (with Richard Burgi).

Roggé has also appeared in numerous TV shows like Brooklyn South (with Mark Kiely), Six Feet Under (with Silas Weir Mitchell), Clubhouse (with Cherry Jones), That 70's Show (with Kurtwood Smith), The Nine (with Lourdes Benedicto, John Billingsley, and Kim Raver), Desperate Housewives (with Ricardo Antonio Chavira and Doug Savant), Leverage (with Mark Sheppard), Southland (with Michael Cudlitz, Kevin Alejandro, and Regina King), NCIS: Los Angeles (with Channon Roe), and Law & Order: LA (with Tamlyn Tomita).

Roggé has also played Captain William Mitchell in various installments of the Power Rangers franchise. He has also been associated with Noah Wyle's The Blank Theater Company for over 10 years, as a director, producer, actor, and company casting director. Roggé also created the production company Fastball Films, which has produced several films.
