Ronit Roy (born October 11, 1965; age 54) is an Indian actor who portrayed Roy in the second season of the Indian version of 24.

Biography Edit

Ronit Bose Roy was born in Nagpur, India to businessman Brotin Bose Roy and Dolly Roy. His younger brother, Rohit Roy, is also a TV actor. Roy grew up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat where he also studied hotel management. After graduating, he moved to Mumbai where he showed interest in acting, however, filmmaker Subhash Ghai persuaded him to pursue another career. Roy worked at Mumbai's Sea Rock Hotel for several years before deciding to dedicate to acting anyway.

During his career, Roy has appeared in TV shows like Kasamh Se, C.I.D., and Adaalat. He has also appeared in films like Pankh, 2 States, and Sarkar 3, among others.
