Rouse

Rouse was a resident of Los Angeles, California, who reacted with racist hostility after the detonation of Second Wave's nuclear weapon during Day 2.

Rouse and his accomplices Marcus and Cole happened across foreign intelligence agent Yusuf Auda and assaulted him because of his Middle Eastern ethnicity, saying it was revenge for what "you bastards" did to their country. When Auda took Marcus hostage and warned them to back off, Cole struck him from behind with a brick, and the three men severely beat Yusuf and struck Kate Warner when she tried to stop them. When Cole stole the computer chip which proved the Cyprus recording to be a forgery, Kate desperately offered to take them to her home where she would pay them for it. They left Yusuf for dead. At Kate's home, she produced $1,500 and several thousand in Euros, but Marcus decided to shoot her, as she would remember their names and faces. Jack Bauer, having found out their location from Auda's dying words, entered the house as Kate fled and shot and killed Rouse. Marcus and Cole were arrested, but the chip was badly damaged.
