The Russell Senate Office Building was a United States Senate office building.

Jack Bauer was called to testify at the Russell Senate Office Building regarding abuses committed during interrogations at the Counter Terrorist Unit. Before the proceedings could get underway, Renee Walker interrupted with a subpoena for Jack to assist with an FBI operation. Jack left the building, with a promise to return the following day at 8:00am. Consequently, this did not occur because the preceding senator involved in the case - Blaine Mayer - was murdered, and Jack was infected with a lethal pathogen that threatened to kill him within hours.
