Doctor Stahl had informed FBI Agent Renee Walker that Iké Dubaku was stabilized after his car crash. When Udo infiltrated the hospital and injected a lethal dose to Dubaku, causing him a cardiac arrest, Stahl was called in and administered CPR and shocks with some residents. However, Dubaku died at 6:06pm. When Renee asked him about the cause of death, Stahl said that it could have been a pre-existing heart condition but that the autopsy would reveal the real cause.
