Scott Evans was an Omicron Corporation pilot who Christopher Henderson entrusted with the recorded evidence that implicated President Charles Logan in Day 5's events. In order to escape the United States with the recording, Evans forcefully replaced the original co-pilot of Diplomatic Flight 520.

However, Jack Bauer and Chloe O'Brian eventually discovered that Evans was the carrier of the recording. After hijacking the plane, Bauer forced Evans to surrender the recording and fly the plane away from the mainland.
