This article lists all the real-life shooting locations for the eighth season of 24. A scene shot "on location" refers to any filming that took place outside of the main studio set section of the production headquarters building at 21050 Lassen Street in Chatsworth. Studio set locations are listed at the bottom of the page.
This season was filmed entirely in the Los Angeles area, with visual effects and backplates creating the illusion of being in New York City.

The drug den where Victor Aruz goes to find Manuel Escobar was 544 Mateo Street in Downtown LA. The sniper was stationed several buildings away, near S Hewitt Street. Victor drives along Palmetto Street towards the sniper but turns around drives away down Molino Street.

The alley where Jack sneaks out with Victor was the alley behind the building, the same one he later walks down with Victor and meets the cops.

The exterior of the CTU New York building was built and shot at the helipad of the Mann Biomedical Park in Saugus. However, a backplate of the New York skyline was imposed onto the shots to make it appear that the helipad was located at the tip of Roosevelt Island in New York (the UN building being visible to the left).

Like last season, the main production offices of 24 were located at 21050 Lassen Street in Chatsworth. Carlos Barbosa, the new production designer, created all new sets for this season. This was the last season that 24 used this building as a soundstage, and they moved out after production wrapped.
