Shiloh Strong was born in San Francisco, California. He graduated with honors from Brooks Institute.
Strong began his acting career in the TV movie Spies. From 1993 to 1995, he had a recurring role in the show The Mommies. He has also appeared in shows like 3rd Rock from the Sun, Dinotopia, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
