This article covers characters and concepts from the Indian adaptation of 24.

Singh was a government agent involved in Operation Trishul.

Ten years before Day 1, Singh was involved with both the Indian and Sri Lankan governments in the planning and execution of Operation Trishul. He retired at some point after that, and distanced himself from his previous work.

At around 2:30pm on Day 1, Singh was playing cards in the Star Bar when he received a call from Jai Singh Rathod, who informed him that the LTFE were targeting everyone involved in the operation as well as Aditya Singhania. Singh told Jai that he was ordered to destroy all his files associated with the operation, but Jai speculated that he did not follow that order. Singh agreed to look into his files, and borrowed a laptop from Salim. He went through profiles of suspects on his laptop, sending some to the ATU, but just before 3pm he was shot and killed by Mani, who took his laptop. ("2:00pm-3:00pm")
