A stealth bomber is a jet that only narrowly registers on radar, if registered at all. It is equipped with missiles, bombs, and/or lasers and often used for covert operations.

Day 4

During Day 4 10:00pm-11:00pm, Mitch Anderson, while impersonating a mechanic, hijacked an F-117 Nighthawk stealth bomber as it clears for takeoff. Anderson then used the bomber to fire upon Air Force One. He succeeded, forcing the presidential aircraft to crash. The Nighthawk is able to communicate with the ground, and as seen in the episode, can block all radio frequencies from reaching the plane.
