Stu was an FBI agent assigned to interrogate prisoners from Ira Gaines' operation at Grace Memorial Hospital.
After meeting Jovan Myovic disguised as an FBI agent, Nina Myers spoke to Stu's partner Agent Holmes and, thinking Stu was the man she had met earlier, asked to speak to him. When Stu turned around, Nina saw that it wasn't him, and realized that the man she had met was an impostor. ("Day 1: 1:00pm-2:00pm")
